Main duties & responsibilities
Under the direction of the VP for Business Operations (COO), the primary task will be to provide support in the Sales process, to the CEO and COO, primarily in Dublin but potentially including staff based in locations such as London, Paris, New York and elsewhere. This will include, but not be limited to:

 Dealing with clients and support the full sales process from start to finish

 Sales Pipeline; Build and expand the company’s customer database of prospects. Perform research on behalf of the company in order to identify available potential opportunities. Manage the companies sales pipeline, recording and managing leads and opportunities in the CRM. Create qualified opportunities for other executives that will make for further development and closures. Work with channel partners in developing, building pipeline, and closing deals. Prepare and present sales status reports on a regular basis.

 Proposals and Quotations; Manage the creation and presentation of quotations for opportunities as they are identified. Act as the primary internal point of contact for customers in the absence of managers. Perform outbound emails and calls, and inbound lead generation and follow-up.

 Meeting and event planning: The Sales Administrator will be responsible for on and offsite meeting arrangements, as well as events such as exhibitions at trade shows. Develop and maintain a six month plan for events, including workshops, training events, advisory board meetings. This role will be responsible for researching suitable locations and making arrangements for the accommodation, etc.

 Digital Marketing: Assist in widening brand recognition through the use of the social media and the traditional means of advertising. Maintain Blog, Manage Social Media, e-mail campaigns, create website content

 Travel to Paris or New York every few weeks for meetings

Salary package
The starting salary is around €25,000 per annum with bonuses based in performance
In addition the company will pay for Monthly Dublin Bus, Rail or Luas Ticket.

Candidate Profile
At least one years’ experience in a similar position support a Sales function
Fluent in English and French
Available for travels
Dynamic, logical and ambitious personality, with the ability to multitask
Great attention to details
